Asking for a friend, As they have started an LLC in H4 EAD and so far they had a successful venture. Now their H4 EAD is expiring soon and their H4EAD application is pending approval from USCIS. Based on the latest processing times posted in USCIS they are no eligible for submitting a service request for another 9 months. What are their options?
Greetings, In this auspicious day of World Astrology day (March 20th 2021) I am elated to write a post about Panchangam. Panchangam is in almost every household in Southern India where they keep it in the pooja room, which they read together at the beginning of the regional new year like Tamil Varuda Pirappu, Vishu, Ugadi to learn more about their future. This practice or reading Panchangam have slowly reduced in today’s modern household but it still is a practice in almost all Temples which has been followed religiously to plan for temple poojas on auspicious occasions.
There are two different types of Panchangam, Thiru Ganitha Panchangam and Vakya Panchangam. Sri Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam have invited all the pandits, astrologers from all around the world for a seminar to come up with a proposed panchangam standard by analysing various aspects of both these panchangam in terms of accuracy and ease of calculations and have decided to follow the Thiru Ganitha Panchangam in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) and some major temples. Currently all of the astrologers are following Thiru Ganitha Panchangam and only very few Daily calendars are using Vakya panchangam to give predictions.
Now you may ask “What is Panchangam?”
A panchānga is a Hindu calendar and almanac, which follows traditional units of Hindu timekeeping, and presents important dates and their calculations in a tabulated form. It is sometimes spelled Panchāngamu, Pancanga, Panchanga, Panchaanga, Pancangam or Panchānga, and is pronounced Panchānga. Pachangas are used in Jothidam/Jyotisha.
Panchangam Represents 5 angams, Rasi, Thithi, Nakshatram, Yogam & Karnam. Among these 5 angams Tithi plays an important role along with nakshatra in Hindus' daily as well as special activities in selecting the muhurta. There are auspicious tithis as well as inauspicious tithis, each considered more propitious for some purposes than for others. a tithi is a time-duration between the consecutive epochs that correspond to when the longitudinal-angle between sun and moon is an integer multiple of 12°. Karnam is half distance from Tithi. There are 12 Rasi and 27 nakshatras that also are used to calculate panchangam tables.
In Panchangam there is also one aspect which is called Nazhikai (Nazhika/Ghati) and Vinazhika (Vighati) with reference to sunrise or sunset to Hours and Minutes. Unit of time in Vedic Astrology In Vedic times 'Thrudi' is considered as the basic unit of time.
1 Day = 60 Nazhigai
1 Hour = 2 1/2 Nazhigai
24 Seconds = 1 Vinazhika
3600 seconds = 1 Day
An Astrologer uses all these aspects of Panchangam to prepare natal charts to calculate the position of planets (Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu) of a particular person using their day of birth, time of birth, location of their birth.

The American Dream and Promise Act, which previously passed in the House in 2019, would create a process for undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children — otherwise known as "DREAMers" — to earn permanent resident status and eventual citizenship. It also includes a path to citizenship for people with temporary protected status and beneficiaries of deferred enforced departure.

got it okay thank you uh has uscis
shared with you the number of india
employment second and third preference
applicants which they have pending and
how far do you expect those final action
dates to advance in this fiscal year
uh yes we have uh monthly
and within the month we have occasional
meetings where we share information
i do expect if you if people look at the
dates listed in chart b that is where
i think the minimum movement will be
by the end of the fiscal year uh
i do think that the uh many of the dates
accelerating as they have in the past
so we will be increasing
number use and movement of the dates
and then has uscis provided you with any
visibility into the
added the 122 000 unused family from
and that i came up with my 262 limit
right now uh i believe that we will have
at least that many unused numbers this
probably uh many more and that's why
i'm saying for now i would say at least
a 275 000 employment limit
is guaranteed again i'm speaking in
the way the immigration and nationality
act is written at this time governing
my determination of the limits uh so i
the fiscal 2022 employment limit
will again be an all-time high
number uh that is and
one addition one thing that that does is
that allows me to
with that in mind i can have a little
bit more leeway in my movement
of the employment dates this year
because if i were
to have to take some quote temporary
corrective action say for september
which is normally when corrective action
happens august or september
then i would know that that would be
It is a great relief and exciting to see our Visa bulletin move dates by months from days. Trust me, it is exhilarating to see the notification on my Mobile in the 2nd week of every month. But Visa bulletin is just one of many aspect of getting a green card.
Biometrics - Regardless of 2 weeks or 4 months movement all the I-485 applicant have to go through the Biometrics appointment to give the Finger printing to their local ASC (Application Support Center).
FBI Background Checks - Any government division have limited resources to handle the backlog of background checks especially on Immigration checks. The more the applicants more the wait time to get this cleared. Check for more information here
USCIS Processing Times - DHS and USCIS are two different government organizations. DHS manages the visa numbers but USCIS processes them, if they don't process in time before the Fiscal year all the visa numbers are wasted. In normal situation this should not be a problem, but with COVID-19 impacted their workforce this can slow the entire process down.
These are some of the high-level items and there are other moving parts as well like Card Printing backlog, Consular Processing e.t.c
Hoping these other dependent organizations come back to their fullest capacity before October to make use of all the available spillover visas that has been released in the Visa Bulletin.
We have applied for EAD/AP on October 2020 and have completed the biometrics together. But only primary applicant got the approval one week after the biometric, derivative applicants EAD/AP application still says “Case Was Received and A Receipt notice was Emailed”
Anyone in the same boat? When will they process the derivative’s Application? 😑
